COMPETITION
Competition Entry
1.1 The competition is managed by Wolf Watch Club (WWC), owned by Global Luxury Platform Inc.
1.2 Participants must be 18 years or older.
1.3 Employees, owners, or anyone deemed to be not-at-arms-length from our company and/or affiliated with the operation of the competition are ineligible to compete.
1.4 It is the player’s responsibility to provide us with complete, up-to-date, and accurate contact information.
1.5 Enter the competition by choosing a ticket quantity, answering a skill-based question, and completing the ticket purchase. Your entry is only considered valid once payment is received and acknowledged via a confirmation email. We are not liable for any entries that are incomplete, delayed, damaged, or fail to be received for any reason before the closing of the competition.
1.6 Your correct answer to the skill-based question validates all tickets purchased in your order.
1.7 Your entry in the competition is only possible by agreeing to these terms and conditions and any other specific competition requirements set forth in the relevant sections of our website. We reserve the right to disqualify any entries deemed in violation of these terms and conditions.
1.8 All tickets purchased are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
1.9 Entries will be voided if any payments are charged back or reversed. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate closure of your account and restrict you from participating in future competitions.
1.10 No individual participant may purchase more than ten percent (10%) of the total tickets available for any given competition (“Significant Amount”). Wolf Watch Club reserves the right to void and refund any purchases exceeding this threshold at its sole discretion.
1.11 Each competition will close on the date indicated on our platform. We may extend the closing date up to two times, not to exceed an additional 60 days.

2.1 Only one discount code per purchase.
- Winning and Prizes
3.1 Within 7 days of the closing of the competition, the winner(s) will be chosen randomly using RandomDraws.com—a third-party secure, random draw generator.
3.2 The winner will be notified via the email provided. Within 10 days of the closing of the draw, if we are unable to contact the winner for any reason outside of our control—including but not limited to failure to provide accurate contact information, email blocking, or spam filters—we reserve the right to declare the prize forfeited and may choose to award it instead to the runner-up in the competition.
3.3 Prizes will be sent to the address provided. If prize delivery fails after all reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to declare the prize forfeited and may choose to award it to the runner-up in the competition.
3.4 Prizes are as described on our website, though we reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal value.
3.5 Cash alternatives are possible.
3.6 Prize delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Contact us if you haven’t received your prize within a reasonable timeframe following our notification.
3.7 We attempt to deliver prizes from within the winner’s country of residence. Winners are ultimately responsible for any taxes and duties their jurisdiction may levy.
3.8 Prizes are given “as is” without any guarantees or warranties of quality or suitability.
- Winner Verification
4.1 The winner will receive a confirmation email specifying the prize, or if applicable, prize options associated with the competition they have entered. The winner is obligated to provide written confirmation of their acceptance of the prize or their choice of prize accordingly within five (5) days of notification.
4.2 Wolf Watch Club requires winners to supply a passport or suitable identity card copy to verify their identity, age, and lawful ownership of the payment card used for entry. If the name on the payment card used to purchase the winning ticket does not match the name on the identity documents provided, the entrant must provide:
(a) written proof demonstrating that the payment card owner consents to the purchase, and
(b) proof of age and identity with a passport or suitable identity card matching the name on the payment card.
(c ) a current picture of themselves (selfie) holding their identity documentation
Failure to comply may lead to disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
4.3 After the winner has provided the identity authentication details, they will be contacted by email to arrange for the delivery of the prize. Delivery arrangements must be completed within seven days.
4.4 Failure to comply with both the identity verification and delivery deadlines may result, at the discretion of Wolf Watch Club, in the invalidation of the winning entry. The original winner would forfeit the prize, and an alternative winner (the runner-up) will be chosen. Once forfeited, the original winner will have no further claims against Global Luxury Platform Inc. or the Wolf Watch Club.
4.5 All winners are required to provide photos or videos featuring themselves with the prize for public promotional use. Winners’ names and/or social media handles may also be used in marketing, promotion, or public relations campaigns.
4.6 Upon publication of the winner’s name and media, all photos and videos become the property of Wolf Watch Club.
4.7 By accepting the prize, the winner grants WWC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images for promotional purposes. The winner may withdraw consent for future promotional use by contacting us at info@wolfwatchclub.com.
4.8 Wolf Watch Club cannot be held responsible for any liability to the winner arising from the publication of this content.
- Entry Restrictions
5.1 Entries from the following regions/countries are restricted: Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China (PRC), Crimea, Cuba, East Timor, Georgia, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Macau, Maldives, Mali, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Russia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Tajikistan, Thailand, The Philippines, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, and all nations of Africa.
5.2 Immediate refunds will be issued if any successful ticket purchases are completed from these regions.
5.3 It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that their participation in the competition is lawful under the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The organizer, Wolf Watch Club, accepts no liability for any breach of local laws resulting from participation.
- Liability
6.1 Wolf Watch Club, Global Luxury Platform Inc., and all of its partners, agents, and employees are not liable for any loss or damage where:
(a) no legal duty to the entrant is breached,
(b) such loss or damage wasn’t reasonably foreseeable,
(c) the loss or damage is caused by the participant,
(d) the loss or damage is the result of the participant failing to comply with these terms and conditions, or
(e) the loss or damage is related to a business belonging to the participant.
6.2 Participants in the competition are liable for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage arising from their breach of this contract or misuse of our services. Participant liability is limited to the obligation of Wolf Watch Club, Global Luxury Platform Inc., and all of its partners, agents, and employees to redress the costs of any loss or damages.
6.3 Wolf Watch Club’s economic liability can never exceed the value of the participant’s ticket(s) purchased in a single draw.
6.4 Force Majeure: Wolf Watch Club, Global Luxury Platform Inc., and its partners shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these terms where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, technical failures, government restrictions, or changes in applicable law. In such cases, affected obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
- General
7.1 In all matters relating to the operation or arising in connection with the competition, the decision of Wolf Watch Club shall be final.
7.2 Winners are chosen via a third-party generator, RandomDraws.com, with certificates published and displayed online alongside the relevant winners, and available upon request.
7.3 WWC reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time. WWC will only cancel a competition for legitimate operational or legal reasons and will notify all entrants of the reason for cancellation and refund all payments.
7.4 Certain jurisdictions may have “buyer’s remorse,” “cooling off,” or similar legislation designed to protect the rights of consumers. This competition is a leisure activity with a specified performance date, and all sales are transacted solely on the internet. Therefore, these rights do not extend to this contract.
7.5 Notices under this agreement may be sent via email to the address provided. Headings used in this agreement are for informational purposes only and are not binding. Any failure by either party to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement does not waive their right to future enforcement. If any part of this agreement is deemed ineffective or unenforceable, the rest of the agreement shall remain in force. Anyone not a party to this agreement shall have no rights to enforce it, except as expressly stated otherwise. All parties are independent contractors and, except as otherwise specifically stated above, nothing in this agreement constitutes any party as an agent, employee, or representative of another.
7.6 Wolf Watch Club competitions are skill-based competitions and are not to be construed as gambling or games of chance. The website and all related marketing materials will clearly display the nature of the offering as a competition.
7.7 Wolf Watch Club assumes no responsibility for any participant’s decision to purchase competition entries. Please purchase responsibly. All odds of winning are publicly disclosed prior to purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to familiarize themselves with combinatorial mathematics and the specific odds for each competition prior to participation. Exact odds of winning are shown on the competition page prior to purchase, calculated based on total tickets available and capped at X entries per person.
7.8 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI). Any disputes will be settled by the courts in TCI. This choice of jurisdiction does not affect any mandatory legal rights the participant may have under the laws of their country of residence.

This choice of jurisdiction does not affect any mandatory legal rights the participant may have under the laws of their country of residence.
