Born and raised in South Jersey, he worked in education for twenty eight years, twenty of them as a Spanish teacher. After retiring as a public school teacher in New Jersey, he relocated to central Pennsylvania. He also has two adult children who share their father’s zeal for collecting timepieces.
One of his students, during a student teaching experience noticed his Fossil, and said, “That is a big watch!” In reality it was probably slightly less than 40 mm.
Every October his local A.D. has a fifty percent off sale.
“ That year I got my first TAG, I scooped up a Raymond Weil Tango that I had admired for a while. After that, soon came a TAG Heuer Formula One and an Oris Diver Date to add to my growing collection.”
The day of the drawing he hadn’t watched the live drawing,
“I was into watching my Philadelphia Eagles. I was pissed that they blew a nice lead.”
Some time after the game, he just so happened to check his email.
“I received an email from Wolf, that I had won! I didn’t jump up or down or anything, but I knew that I had entered the contest for the Tudor Blue Lagoon. I was thinking, this can’t be right.”
Lo and behold, after going to the Wolf Watch site, he saw his name listed as the winner!
“ I still couldn’t believe it, even though my name was listed in front of my face!”.
